This Guidance and Career Education Part One AQ course empowers new guidance counsellors to transform their practice through an equity lens, moving beyond linear career models to validate diverse pathways and Indigenous ways of knowing.

As a careers education teacher as well as a relatively experienced guidance counsellor, this course will encourage you to further explore key legislation and policies that influence your role and the decisions you make in your daily practice.

This Guidance Specialist AQ equips experienced Guidance Educators with the skills to lead, mentor, and support their Guidance teams while advancing equitable, student-centered practices.
